Piano Trio No.2 was commissioned by the Seattle Chamber Music Festival and received its premiere there last year. Zimmerli has recorded four CDs of his own music, Book of Hours, released in October 2002 on Songlines, and Twelve Sacred Dances, available on Arabesque Jazz. He has executed hundreds of original compositions and arrangements for radio, TV, and film.
